Programs & Services

In addition to the core academic programs offered at all OUSD schools, Joaquin Miller has a variety of additional programs and services that are designed to meet the needs of our community, most of which are funded by the Joaquin Miller PTA.

Our after-school program is offered in collaboration with JCC of the East Bay. In partnership with OUSD, we are also able to offer free aftercare to families that meet income or other requirements.

Our online learning community has a ton of educational resources for students and access to assessment data for parents (please see your child's classroom teacher for access information).

Your child's schedule also includes a weekly visit to the school library, where they can check out books from our collection, which is managed by our PTA-funded librarian.
